The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Wraparound Program Manager for our Palmdale site. This position is primarily responsible for the overall implementation, program development and organization/coordination of the Wraparound and MHS/CRS programs. in the Antelope Valley.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the oversight and coordination of all program processes of the Wraparound and MHS/CRS programs.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with policies/procedures, expected outcomes, units of service delivered (including assisting with case assignment, caseloads and productivity) and quality assurance issues.
- Monitors and tracks IHBS and ICC eligibility.
- Must be available (by phone) 24/7 to the WRAP Coordinator and WRAP Clinicians in the event of a clinical crisis.
- Work collaboratively with Wrap DMH liaison.
- Provides clinical supervision for the clinicians in the WRAP program.
- Provides direct administrative and clinical supervision to the WRAP and MHS/CRS Coordinators
- In collaboration with the Director, ensures adequate staffing to meet client needs, such as appropriate staff-to-client ratios, by requesting and recommending sufficient staffing in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Participates and facilitates in in-service trainings, manager/supervisor/leadership and administrative meetings as needed.
- Serves as a member of the Violence Committee, and is available to other staff members for consultation regarding suspected child abuse situations or other safety issues.
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours)
- Hybrid work options are available.
- Starting Salary: $76,500 - $85,000 (additional years of successful related experience will be considered as well)
Qualifications
- Supervisory, managerial and leadership experience required
- Strong clinical and crisis-management skills required
- Experience directly supervising clinical staff required
- Ability to work as a team player in a highly challenging interdisciplinary environment.
- Must continuously have a clean driving record in order to be insurable under the Center's automobile insurance policy
- Experience relevant to working with adolescents on probation.
- Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and behavioral-based treatments.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., MSW, or MA/MS with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy.
- Must be licensed for a minimum of 2 years with the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Must have valid California Driver's License and clean driving record, acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
