Youth Sports Lead - Seasonal Job at Stateline Family YMCA
Do you enjoy working with youth and have a need to give back to the community? The Stateline YMCA is currently hiring seasonal, part-time Youth Sports Lead. Join a forward-thinking non-profit organization in furthering our mission to provide programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure site is set-up prior to beginning of games and programming. Cleaning-up when games/programming are complete.
- Coordinate referees and umpires to ensure coverage at each game. Assist as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining timely and transition of games and programs.
- Ensure spectators are conducting themselves in a safe and respectable manner.
- Uphold all standards, rules, and regulations that generally apply to the sport, as well s those specific to the Stateline Family YMCA league.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, volunteers, and other staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year related experience preferred
