You will be hitting the ground running which means experience selling in at least one of the following four industries is a MUST.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of work experience with:

  • Senior Living,
  • Skilled Nursing,
  • Home Health/Home Care, and/or
  • Long-Term Care/Rehab for Older Adults

Musical Health Technologies (MHT), an eight-year-old award-winning leader in the digital health space based in Los Angeles, California, with major clients and partners is seeking an Account Manager who drives growth and loves to close revenue generating relationships. We are a small team with a collaborative culture. You will have the opportunity to make a big difference to reach hundreds of millions of people with the therapeutic power of music. We are open to remote candidates.

The successful candidate will work with the VP of Sales Strategy to drive revenue of our SingFit Digital Health platform through the sale of our suite of four products.

Key Responsibilities, Depending on Qualifications, Will Include:

  • Increasing market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships and partnerships with small independent healthcare providers
  • Providing support to sales team staff on a daily basis including database management and generating key sales reports
  • Partner with operations and music therapy teams to ensure cohesiveness across all disciplines and clear lines of communication throughout the sales process
  • Provide customer support to all sales clients including assisting with the upselling of additional products to existing clients
  • Interface with Marketing and Social Media Teams to keep messaging aligned
  • Closing deals

Account Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of demonstrated sales experience in the senior living, skilled nursing, home health or related healthcare environment is essential for success in this position
  • Experience in working with Adult Day Cares and Senior Centers is a plus
  • Successful track record in identifying and building key relationships with small size healthcare providers
  • Ability to upsell new and multiple products to existing and target client bases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience running Zoom presentations
  • Ability to manage own accounts and assist sales director, account executives and Vice President with their individual projects
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • CRM database experience including creating productivity reports is a must
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Assist sales team with scheduling of presentations and attendance at conferences
