The ideal candidate has great administrative and customer service skills with effective case management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, daily interaction with insurance companies and medical providers
- Order medical records from providers and pull police reports
- Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
- Responsible for sending out Letters of Representation
- Responsible for file up
The selected candidate must show dedication and pride in her/his work product with attention to detail while completing assigned tasks with a certain level of autonomy. The Dennis Law Firm is a team environment with individual and team accountability.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist (1 year preferred)
- Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
