Assistant District Manager Job at Waterloo Courier
We are currently looking to fill positions, full and partime, within our circulation dept that support out home delivery division's goal of providing superior customer service to our customers. The Assistant District Manager will work an early morning schedule at a distribution center or in the field performing some or all of the following tasks:
- Assisting with the delivery of our products and products of a 3rd party.
- Checking addresses for previous delivery issues.
- Organizing and distributing daily paperwork.
- Staging newspaper bundles to distributors.
- Operating a computer to print reports.
- Communicating and following up with managers.
The position requires good communication skills, the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform door-to-door deliveries. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance with a clean driving record. Some bending and lifting.
