Essential Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to your team
- Use reporting tools to drive sales
- Maintain the quality of the equipment
- Manage the operations of the business
- Recruit, train, and develop new hires and team
- Complete employee schedules weekly
- Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner
- Communicate as needed with Regional Manager
- Manage the relationship with the partner to ensure we are exceeding expectations
- Provide Superior Guest Service
Qualifications:
- Arcade/Retail management: 1 year (Required)
- High School Diploma or two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
Job Requirements:
· Weekend / Holiday availability.
· Highly self-motivated and accountable.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Reporting to work on time and in uniform.
· Must adhere to all mall rules and regulations.
