Jr. Operations is the stepping stone to being an Operations Manager or Area Manager
- 3-5 shifts per week - Must have a flexible schedule and be available weekends.
- Pay Rate starts at $19 with incentives
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an essential service. We have adjusted our service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal Service”. We take measures to ensure our team members have access to the recommended precautions and enforce our safety focus areas of healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment & training, and empowering our people and customers to refuse or reschedule service.
Role Expectations:
- Mentor with our Operations Manager and/or General Manager
- Well versed in MS Office, Google Drive and other Google Products
- Problem Solve - Can Do Attitude
- Schedule staff
- Point person for Sales Center, Customer and Employee calls
- Resolve issues
- Shuttle Truck space to field teams
- Prep and Lead Morning Team Huddle and Kick off
- End of Day Employee and Truck check and sign off
- Reconciling paperwork daily
- Updating Performance Reports and HR notes
- Must be highly organized and Communicate at a high level
- Must have a calm approach to all situations
- Be a mentor and hold employees accountable for their actions/decisions
- Be a Leader with perfect attendance
- Misc TBD
Candidates must be 25+ years of age with a valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record, Clean Background and legally authorized to work in the US. No special driver's license is required, but any prior driving work experience is a plus.
