Jr. Operations is the stepping stone to being an Operations Manager or Area Manager

Role Expectations:

• Mentor with our Operations Manager and/or General Manager
• Well versed in MS Office, Google Drive and other Google Products
• Problem Solve - Can Do Attitude
• Schedule staff
• Point person for Sales Center, Customer and Employee calls
• Resolve issues
• Shuttle Truck space to field teams
• Prep and Lead Morning Team Huddle and Kick off
• End of Day Employee and Truck check and sign off
• Reconciling paperwork daily
• Updating Performance Reports and HR notes
• Must be highly organized and Communicate at a high level
• Must have a calm approach to all situations
• Be a mentor and hold employees accountable for their actions/decisions
• Be a Leader with perfect attendance
• Misc TBD

Candidates must be 25+ years of age with a valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record, Clean Background and legally authorized to work in the US. No special driver's license is required, but any prior driving work experience is a plus.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
