Koch Specialty Plant Solutions (KSPS) is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data visualization solutions that meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders within the business. You will work closely with our business users to understand their data visualization requirements and build custom datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet their needs.
This position can be based out of the Koch Specialty Plant Services office in Houston, TX (preferred) or Wichita, KS.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Extract data from various sources and design and implement data models in Power BI
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements
- Support business users’ requests for information from available data stores
- Create and maintain documentation for BI reports and provide user training
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards
- Work closely with IT partners to ensure efforts are in line with organizational best practices
- Stay up to date with available tools and technologies for BI reporting

Requirements:
- Experience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense, or similar tools)
- Understanding of data modeling and SQL
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Power BI - DAX, Power Query, and M
Microsoft certifications in Power BI or related technologies
