Honey's Air & Solar of Modesto, CA is looking to hire a full-time Call Center / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients who goes above and beyond to provide an unparalleled client experience over the phone. This Call Center / Customer Service Representative is a full-time position working from 9 am to 6 pm with an on-call rotation schedule, position starting at a competitive wage of $18-$24 per hour, based on experience. As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and respond to inquiries about products and services. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text-and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, book service calls and sales leads, as well as resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
