We are currently hiring CNA's for AMs, PMs, and NOC Shifts!!
- AM Shift: 6am-2:30pm (starting wage at 18.25 with increase depending on experience)
- PM Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (starting wage at 19.25 with increase depending on experience) - $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time PM shift only
- NOC Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am (starting wage at 19.75 with increase depending on experience)

Edgerton Care Center is looking for caring and motivated CNA's to join our team! Our goal is to provide excellent and compassionate care for our residents and their families.
As a CNA you will be responsible for caring for our residents, making sure their needs are met to their expectations, providing ADLs, and making sure their environment is the best it can be!

Requirements:
- Provides direct resident care and reports any changes to charge nurse
- Implements plan of care based on residents physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, religious/spiritual needs
- Demonstrates knowledge or rights, dignity, and individuality of each residents in all interactions
- Maintains all confidentiality of residents information
- Has knowledge and ability to comply with facility policies and procedures for workplace safety; including infection control, universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Demonstrates time management and prioritizes tasks
Qualification/Experience Requirements:
- Must have a current Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must have prior experience as a CNA
