POSITION SUMMARY
We are at a point of rapid growth and looking to expand our C-Suite. If you are an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer with SaaS, high growth, multi-state, and post-acute healthcare experience, this opportunity may be for you.
As CHCO, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, talent acquisition, DEI&B, benefits and compensation. The CHCO provides strategic leadership by articulating Hearts & Culture needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board.

You will report to the CEO and serve as a reliable business partner to the CEO, the Board, and the leadership team.
This position will be in Bellevue, WA. Note, we will not consider remote working for this key position.
ON ANY GIVEN DAY, YOU COULD BE DOING THESE THINGS
- Establish and implement H&C efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's culture, mission and strategic vision.
- Develop H&C plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational, office staffing, clinicians, and management issues.
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the H&C function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.
- Build out the H&C team as it makes best business sense. Demonstrate best-in-class leadership and drive the H&C team and other leaders to do the same.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Knowledge
- 7+ years of people leadership experience
- 10+ years of professional Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Masters Degree a plus.
- Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
- Relentless devotion to the “people experience” in all things
- Broad talent management experience with specific experience in recruiting and culture management
- An understanding of the healthcare workforce and millennial workers
- Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs
- Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions
- Strong report-writing skills
- Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required
