Copeland Trucking is currently hiring qualified class A drivers out of our Fridley, MN terminal. Trucks are 2020 and newer Peterbilt 579's and 2020 and newer Freightliners. These are great trucks with refrigerators and disc brakes. Automatics and 13 speeds available. We also have Peterbilt 389 models with 13 speeds available to those who prefer classic style trucks.

Copeland runs contract dedicated freight for some of the largest shippers in the area. We have 100 dry vans and 100 reefers that service large food and industrial manufacturers. Drivers get used to our dedicated lanes and become an extension of the customer we are servicing. It is common for our drivers to be on the same freight for decades. Our consistency is what sets us apart and guarantees our drivers earn good money. You can also hop from one customer to the other and see a lot of the country that way.

Long hauls loads are mostly dry van freight for Pella Windows to CA, TX, SC, NC, FL, and all over the Midwest. We also have long hauls for Tyson and Hormel with reefers to TX, CA, UT, ID, CO and all over the Midwest. Its all preloaded trailers at the shippers and live unloading at the receivers. When empty we reload and send you straight home. We do not bounce around the country load to load, we are very targeted.

In addition to these long haul lanes we have dozens of regional routes around the upper Midwest. Drivers on these routes are home every other night. You can do a mix of the OTR and regional. Go long one week, stay regional the next, for example. You can also mix in local MSP days.

We currently have openings for our home nightly regional routes around MN/IA/WI. If you are looking for a local job that also has lots of windshield time, this would be a good fit for you.
