Role Overview
The Client Financial Services Technical Analyst is a technology and solution consultant to the BGRS Client Financial Services Team. This role has the opportunity to sit as the technology SME for Assignment Pro and advise leaders on solution executions, new innovative features, and system optimizations. Use your expert communication skills to connect, train, and up-level system users on system capabilities and new rollouts.
**In response to the COVID-19 pandemic all interviews are being conducted virtually.
If selected for an in-office position, you will work remotely while BGRS operates under mandatory telework.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, implement and maintain technology solutions
- On-going technology support for internal business users
- Uphold standard BGRS business processes supported by our technology solution(s)
- Evaluate business requests and execute appropriate technology solutions to those business requests
- Partner closely with the implementation team, through creative thinking, to implement new clients technology needs onto our technology solutions
- Support and maintain technology through activities such as disaster recovery testing, UAT testing, and application upgrades
- Provide training, on-going communication, and support to internal application users
- Stay informed of technology enhancements, asses those enhancements and determine how they can be used to improve our overall business processes
- Working knowledge of the Equus software Assignment Pro (preferred)
- Associate's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- OR 3+ years of in-depth IT software system application administration and architecture support experience (required)
- 1+ years of relevant mobility industry experience (required)
- Continuous improvement mindset, continuously improve solutions and processes and increase efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and utilize agile problems solving skills to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of XLS, SQL, XML, HTML, Jira, Agile, Visual Studio, Topia, and Atlassian
