In addition to Google technology, Promevo's SaaS Platform (gPanel) provides our clients with a centralized user management interface providing administrators with visibility and control over all of their users' data and settings with its robust suite of security features. We walk beside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by also providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services.

This is an exciting time to be part of Promevo as we are growing rapidly. If you have had success in driving growth and development in technology solution sales with clients, you may be the person we need to join our team as our Client Success Manager.

This individual will oversee customers through the full lifecycle (onboarding, ongoing management, renewal, up-sell) of post-sales functions for our enterprise accounts. The CSM role requires a mix of technical and business acumen, and is revenue-focused, with customer retention and account growth being primary objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide full service support and training for up to 100 clients
  • Onboard clients on the Google and Promevo software and connecting their usage of the software with their specific business use cases
  • Support clients in their efforts to optimize their content and execution, ensuring they are engaged and loyal
  • Prepare and lead strategic QBRs with enterprise level customers
  • Grow the portfolio by identifying potential upsell and cross sell opportunities within the client base and pursuing the opportunities from initial conversation through negotiation, and order fulfillment
  • Drive business transformation through adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually grow incremental value for our customers
  • Maintain client relationships to obtain product/service feedback and working with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Contribute to the overall revenue growth goal of the client success organization by adding additional revenue mid-term and at time of renewal
  • Become Google certified as a Digital Cloud Leader within the first 60 days of hire

Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Client Success Manager (or similar role) with a tech background (ie. Saas, Cloud, Professional Services, Tech implementation) in a B2B environment
  • Experience working in the Google ecosystem; Google Workspace and Google Cloud experience is preferred
  • Strong business acumen with ability to quickly understand drivers in the client’s business
  • Proactive curiosity to solve problems and engage in solutions
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading and facilitating executive level meetings
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster collaborative and positive business relationships internally and externally
  • Highly organized, with the ability to keep others accountable and quarterback projects to satisfy the client
  • Demonstrated experience managing up to 100 client relationships and growing their portfolio
