CNA Weekend Package , EOW 12 hour shift - West Des Moines Job at Angels In The Home
Angels in the Home is currently hiring for part-time and full-time CNAs to serve the Des Moines area. Hours available are every other weekend, 12 hour shifts. Client needs assistance with toileting, medication reminders, meal prep, safety oversight around the home and general housekeeping.
We are looking for true caregivers that want to serve our Iowa residents! Compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients. You must have excellent customer service and an attitude to serve others. The selected caregiver will be responsible for providing UP TO (but varies case by case); safety oversight, full hands-on personal care, companionship, med & insulin reminders, housekeeping, meal prep, safe transfers and other cares as needed. Cares vary from minimal to full hands-on care, depending on the clients' needs. Previous experience with brain-injury/ stroke and Dementia/Alzheimer's is preferred. Previous experience in home care and/or nursing facilities is required.
Must have current or past CNA certification and a clean background.
