Major Responsibilities:

- Individual will be able to build rough wooden structures, such as concrete forms, shoring, and temporary frame structures according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions

- Accurately interpret and apply information from drawings, specifications, or other documents and recognize basic blueprint terms and symbols for job application

- Identify, recognize, and demonstrate safe usage of power tools and hand tools appropriate for the job

- Recognize various materials used in carpentry and demonstrate a working knowledge of appropriate material handling techniques

- Demonstrate ability to properly build and brace concrete forms using various systems

Qualifications:

- Form Carpenter, Anchor Bolts, Survey, Concrete, Layouts, Structure, Walls, Tied Steel, Angle

- Individuals are expected to have 3-5+ years of concrete carpentry experience (form ) in an industrial environment

- Individuals are expected to have experience in concrete foundation and formwork experience

This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their safety, as well as the safety of others.
