Construction Helper

Andgar Mechanical, LLC has a new opening for a Full-time Construction Helper in our commercial division, based out of our headquarters in Ferndale, WA. Andgar is a Design/Build Mechanical Contractor providing Commercial HVAC and Plumbing for the greater Puget Sound area with over 50 years of service.

This is an entry level position for a hard-working person who wants to start in a new career field.

Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:

• Starting Salary Range: $20/hr - $21/hr

Specific duties include:

• Running errands and assisting the Project Manager or Plumbing Lead
• Deliveries and pick-ups to job site
• Material management on job site
• General Construction labor work and clean up

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Drug free including cannabis
• Must be able to lift up-to 75 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving and documentation
• Safe work mindset
