Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee production improvement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing our current production practices and identifying areas that need improvement. Together in partnership with functional leaders, you will lead efforts to implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce expenses. You will collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure measurable results, documenting each phase of the changes, and reporting improvements to upper management.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Analyze current production processes
• Identify and prioritize areas that need improvement
• Develop plans to increase production and decrease costs, including relevant KPIs
• Document changes and create regular reports for upper management

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a project management leadership or senior individual contributor’s role
• Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with TQM process evaluation techniques
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
