This position is located within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Management & Administration (OMA), Office of Contracts. The incumbent serves as the informational contact for the contracting office, responding to compliance, audit, and administrative inquiries from a variety of sources by phone, email, and in person. This individual is responsible for ensuring compliance with external agencies, tracking all contracts, and monitoring actions for due diligence and compliance. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing incoming confidential correspondence and documents regarding compliance actions Determining the type of action required, and establishing deadlines for completed responses
  • Preparing routine and non-routine presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and/or other informational material, as requested
  • Entering and retrieving requested data from databases and preparing various reports
  • Serving as Database Administrator (DBA) and subject matter expert (SME) for procurement systems within the Office of Contracts
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of the information contained in assigned databases; and maintaining requisite posting of contracts, solicitations, and ancillary documents as required for Office of Contracts website.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of progressive experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as tracking contracts and monitoring actions to ensure due diligence and compliance; establishing departmental deadlines and participating in compliance audits; maintaining data integrity of procurement systems; preparing and generating ad-hoc reports; and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, procurement laws and regulations. Two (2) years of college education preferred.
