Licensed Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
The licensed CSR performs the essential functions of the position, which include supporting the service needs of clients. Specific service responsibilities are assigned. Marketing activity is required in this position. Meet sales, service and quality standards adopted by the agency.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Immediately greet all clients in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with our clients, staff, and company reps to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing sales calls. Scheduling of appointments for other staff members
- Use of Agency management system to update and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with client’s daily endorsements, renewals & claims.
- Follow up with clients to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
- General support to staff members
Requirements:
- Must be organized
- Possess an upbeat and positive attitude
- Be self- motivated who knows how to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
- Must have high school diploma, college preferred.
- Preferred previous work experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Office 365
- Willingness to change as the company evolves and grows

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Required)
