Roles & Responsibilities

- Empower and drive growth in every interaction by creating positive experiences.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability and integrity in resolving demonstrator concerns; adhere to company and demonstrator support policies and standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service on inbound calls in English and French while maintaining required call center metrics for productivity, quality service, and incident tracking.
- Give accurate and complete information to demonstrators by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of current company happenings; these include the demonstrator compensation plan, current products, sales promotions, events, and more.
- Willingly support department and company in special projects when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and French.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred.
