The Digital Solution Analyst will assist with technology consulting projects supporting 1898 & Co clients. This role will assist with collecting client requirements and building digital solutions that allow our clients to achieve their business objectives. The Digital Solution Analyst will work with internal teams, client teams, and leadership to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Assists with client requirement sessions to understand business needs.
  • Assists in creating digital solutions based on client requirements.
  • Assists with supporting colleagues and managers to proactively manage all aspects of the client engagement
  • Works with other internal team members to create, deliver and support projects from inception to delivery.
  • Participates in quality assurance practices
  • Effectively communicates with all project stakeholders.
  • Assists in building and delivering user documentation.
  • Assists in training a variety of stakeholders.
  • Assists with providing support to clients by leading customers through the consulting engagement.
  • Applies basic knowledge of commonly used practices, techniques and tools. All other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for supporting application scope and objectives, analysis and solution configuration and application software implementation.
  • Supports all phases of system development and implementation including design, coding, testing, documentation, training, and implementation.
  • Perform application interfaces and data conversion.
  • Follow program standards, development methodology and project management techniques.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering or related fields from an accredited program is required.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred.
  • Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
  • Involvement on campus or in the community.
  • Basic knowledge consulting and project delivery procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of industry used technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
