Job Summary - Door and Window Installer (Wet Glazing)
We have a small install crew and are looking for a glazier who is an expert caulker and can handle all our wet glazing as well as pull their weight as an installer of steel/glass doors and windows and miscellaneous metalwork.
Responsibilities - Door and Window Installer (Wet Glazing)
- Prep job sites for installations
- Install doors, windows, glass, and miscellaneous metalwork
- Wet glaze (caulk) glass for various projects
- Use all installation equipment safely and efficiently
- Related duties as assigned by managers and foremen
Requirements - Door and Window Installer (Wet Glazing)
- 3+ years glazing experience
- 3+ years door and window experience
- 1+ years networks installation experience
- Must be organized, have a good attitude, and able to communicate professionally
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to job sites in and around LA County
FATHOM & FORM is an Architectural Metal Fabrication company located in DTLA that provides design services, engineer drawings, prototyping, CNC parts, and contract fabrication to customers across commercial and residential industries. We specialize in steel doors and windows.
We build to a tolerance of 1/16" on all of our high-end metal projects. We will be doing paid practical working interviews that require an understanding of materials, handling, and layout to this degree of accuracy. To qualify for this position you must pass this round of interview and demonstrate over 2 weeks that you are capable of working in this environment to be considered for the full-time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
