Aerotek's client is looking for Electricians for a project taking place in Aldie,VA. Electricians are needed ASAP as the project will be starting in the middle of December.

Description:

All levels will be performing installs of basic electrical equipment and systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components and devices associated with electrical equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
• Installing and mounting electronic controls, device, panels, sensors, and components.
• Performing interlock wiring as required.
• Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices.
• Inspecting installation sites and studying work orders, building plans, and installation manuals in order to determine materials requirements and installation procedures.
• Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Reading contract drawings.
• Trouble shooting EMS systems, smart breakers, and relays

Experience:

• 3 or 4th year apprentice electrician (Do not have to be in an apprenticeship program//They can be in an Electrical helper role for the past 3 or 4 years)
• Will consider someone that has 2 full years of experience.

-Commercial experience - 15000-480 volts

• Experience bending and installing rigid 1.5 inch pipe
• Ability to perform some modifications as seen fit
• Experience wiring

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
