Entry Level Project Manager
Diversified Services Network, Inc. Project Manager opening, Mossville. IL.
Typical Day:
· Partner to support the Change Management Consultant in execution of change management deliverables
· Capture and analyze data related to the change, and provide summaries and report-outs as needed
· Prepare written communication materials, manage distribution channels and coordinate delivery
· Support coordination of events such as workshops, roadshows, training, and development of related materials
· Partner with other project team members on change and communications related activities as needed
· Learn the Caterpillar Change Management Methodology and begin to utilize the structure and framework.
· Eventually work independently on Change Management initiatives with internal clients
Education Requirement:
· 4-year College / University degree
Critical Technical Skills:
· Technical aptitude – should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly, early adopter
· Experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook is nice to have, but not required.
· Organizational Change Management experience is nice to have, but not required.
· Project Management experience is nice to have, but not required.
