A-List Event / Festival Production Manager is seeking a right hand freelancer to assist in executing 2023 projects on an as needed basis.

Jack or Jill of all trades who is interested in expanding their knowledge of the planning and execution process for corporate events & conferences, music festivals & music touring.

This is a job for a self-starter that wants a fast track into all facets of world class events.

Ideal candidate will have a background in or knowledge of technical production with associated skills: theatrical, audio/visual, or music.

The work for this job can occur nearly exclusively outside of normal business hours. There is the possibility of some travel, skill and experience dependent, but travel is not required. Work is on a project by project basis and will have a set number of hours per project.

Must have skills:

Vectorworks and / or cad drafting (EPG, Inc. to provide license access if needed.)

Working knowledge of all the normal products people use to conduct business on a daily basis:

Google Drive, Dropbox, MS Suite, Adobe Suite, etc.

Knowledge of technical production from prior experience in theater, audio visual or music.

Preferred skills:

Master Tour

Festival Database Systems (Lennd, etc.)

Website design via website builder (Wix or similar)

Basic Graphic Design Chops

Ability and drive to research and learn any of the preferred skills is acceptable.

Sample tasks include:

-Updating drawings / renders

-Creating / managing / distributing production schedules, labor calls

-Advancing event needs: heavy equipment, catering needs, travel, hotels, etc.

-Quoting / Invoicing

-Preparing specifications for RFPs, soliciting responses and summarizing responses for video, sound, lighting, etc.
