Here’s the Gist:
This is an opportunity for those who like to be challenged in different ways each day and have a passion for helping others succeed. In this role, you will represent a team of experienced technicians in a complex manufacturing atmosphere both at an office desk and in the field.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support a team of corrective and preventive maintenance technicians by working with outside vendors for parts for repairs
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Preventive Maintenance & reoccurring assignments
- Help develop and maintain the daily schedule for the facilities maintenance technicians
- Communicate to Technicians and Management the plans for repairs
- Develop reports and maintain maintenance records for management using our CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
This Job is Right for You if You Have:
- Have prior planning and scheduling experience, minimum of one year
- Have industrial maintenance experience
- Can respond outside of “normal” business hours to support your team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed, feel comfortable using ladders and lifts, be able to walk and climb regularly
- Must posses a valid US driver's license
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivlant
