What we’re looking for in you:

Required:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related field of study.
• Project management and regulatory compliance experience with AHJ’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities operations, utility and equipment maintenance, and construction. Healthcare experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study

Certifications/Licensures:

Required:

1st Class B boilers license or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines.

• CHC

• OSHA
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Ability to ready schematic drawings
• NFPA code knowledge
• Project management
• Problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents and all levels of management and employees

Preferred:

• Strong management skills and the ability to train.
• Building automation and CMMS experience preferred
• Multisite experience

The purpose of this position:

This is a working manager position. The manager manages facility personnel and collaborates with them in the daily operations of the department. The manager has oversight of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gasses and HVAC systems in hospital and clinical settings and management of grounds. This position also has the responsibility to help support the Director of Facilities in day-to-day operations. The Facilities Manager assures a safe and reliable facility in which to provide medical services.
