Who we are:

Botanic Tonics is a plant-based herbal supplement manufacturer and distributor headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Established in 2021, it produces a product under the brand "Feel Free", a wellness herbal supplement tonic. Feel Free is a wellness tonic made with ancient plants from the South Pacific and Southeast Asia, such as kava kava. These plants have been used for ages to enhance social activity and natural wellbeing.

We are the Official Tonic Sponsor of UT Austin Athletics and the Official Tonic of FSU Athletics & USC Athletics.

Job Summary

As a Feel Free Emerging Markets Developer you will represent Feel Free on your campus. You'll bring Feel Free into your community by planning events, creating social media content, inviting trial and product sampling, working with student organizations, and executing guerrilla marketing campaigns. The goal of the Emerging Markets Developer is to reach new consumers, educate university students on the effects and benefits of Feel Free, increase sales and manage the Feel Free brand at your campus. You will have an unique experience representing a high-growth start-up that gives you the opportunity to expand your network, gain real-world marketing and project management experience.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Grow the consumer base by inviting trial and education of Feel Free through organic product sampling to students and competently answering any questions from consumers.

• 
  Drive brand engagement on your personal social media with authentic content.
• Develop and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at your campus.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders on your campus and identify ways to improve Feel Free's presence on your campus
• Collaborate with Direct Store Delivery reps to open new stores for Feel Free within your university campus and beyond.
• Build relationships with local Direct Store Delivery reps and ensure Feel Free is in stock at retail partners.
• Work at Feel Free events and supported events.
• Plan & report your activities in a timely manner and with accuracy.
• Attend scheduled meetings with your fellow ambassadors and the Marketing team at Botanic Tonics.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be enrolled in college; underclassmen are preferred so you can be part of the program for multiple years
• Right to work in the USA.
• Able & to lift a minimum of 30 lbs (the average case of feel free).

Job Type: Contractor

Pay: $120 weekly rate (plus additional incentives)

Time Commitment: 8 to 10 hours per week
