Job Title: Heat Treat Processor
Job Location: Phoenix AZ
Duration: 6+ Months (Contact to hire Possibility)

Job Description:
Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
• $1k at 60 days
• $1k at 90 days
- Operates production equipment; responsible for heat treat, plating and manufacturing of aerospace products.
- Follows MOT's, Standard Work, Process Control Card/Operating Instruction Sheets and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prefer 1-2 years of Heat Treat experience preferred
- Familiar with micrometers, calipers, indicators
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Special Considerations:
- Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs, with repetition
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Heat Treatment: 2 years (Preferred)
- Brazing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)
- Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
- Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
