HR Project Consultant (DENVER) Job at CPS HR Consulting

We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Human Resource professionals with experience in various Human Resource competency areas. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of Human Resources practices and regulations. Project work will primarily be performed remotely but onsite work may be requested according to client preference. As such, in-state travel may be required as part of the assigned responsibilities. These positions are based on project and client needs and are not regular or full-time. We are looking for seasoned professionals who possess demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Advertising, Outreach, and Sourcing Audit and Compliance of HR SystemsBenefits and Leave Administration Classification and Compensation Employee Relations HRISLabor Relations Workplace Investigations Employee Training and Organizational DevelopmentOrganization Strategy and Assessment
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the Denver Metro Area.DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES: Must have advanced administrative and technical skills in one or more of the areas listed above; An understanding of the role of a consultant (internal and external); Familiarity with public sector organizational structures and Human Resources operations; Strong analytic and problem resolution skills; and Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
COMPENSATION: Project consultants are paid hourly. Rates vary between project and client. APPLICATION and SELECTION PROCESS: Applications will be accepted until the vacancies are filled.
