Job Summary:
The Java Developer will join a team focused on software technology solution and services
provider that works with healthcare customers and partners worldwide. The ideal candidate for
this position must be capable of solving problems in the most efficient way, highly organized, able to
manage projects independently and implement scalable solutions. Additionally, this individual must have strong coordination skills combined with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and have strong web development focus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify internal software
- Participate in development and planning meetings, as required
- Write automated integration and unit tests for developed features
- Participate in manual integration and regression tests during a release cycle
- Scrum – Participate as a dev team member in all Scrum processes
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
At least 2 years of Software Development experience (Java with knowledge of Object-
Oriented Programming)- At least 2 years of experience in code modularization
- At least 2 years of experience working in a UNIX and/or LINUX environment
- Demonstrated experience with Maven and Spring Framework
- Experience with Git (version control)
- Experience with NoSql Databases is preferred
- Good working understanding with TDD, JUnit testing or other testing framework
- Experience integrating with REST APIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira and/or FogBugz
- Knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, and JSON skills
- Experience with Solr, Apache ActiveMQ, Apache Zookeeper and Apache Camel
- Understanding of continuous development process and the tools associated
Physical Demands
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; Requires a normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations; Position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
