We are seeking someone to join our maintenance team in Port Washington, Wisconsin as a Maintenance Tech Lead. In this role, you will assure safe and efficient operation of the distribution center equipment.
As a Maintenance Technician Lead you will:
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and electronics equipment
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory and tracking of spare parts, and adequate racking and conveyor to handle product
- Lead, train, and direct staff of maintenance associates, ensuring all OSHA and other regulatory safety requirements are met or exceeded
- Coordinate efforts between outside contractors and company personnel to accomplish special projects and inspections
- Maintain building spaces, fixtures, and systems

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- 2-3 years of manufacturing, distribution, or commercial building maintenance experience
