RH is seeking a detail-oriented Leather Cutter to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Receive all leather; check for correct footage per hide, and inspect for any defects
• Label hides with color numbers and date received
• Unpack and lay hides across leather bucks
• Check dye lots of hides
• Cut the correct styles per cutting ticket, ensuring the proper color is used and special instructions are followed
• Mark and bundle all parts together, and place in proper area for pick up
• Lay out patterns and cuts to ensure the highest yield possible from the hide
• Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly and safe manner
• Observe all plant safety rules

• 1+ years of related experience
• Ability to work independently
• Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
• Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Detail-oriented to uphold brand integrity

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
• The employee frequently is required to walk
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
