Being a therapist is a Soul's calling rather than a job. Most Therapists feel that they were born to help others and derive much joy and satisfaction from it.

Inlight Professional Counseling Services is a small group of seasoned clinicians in private practice in Northeast Connecticut since 2011. We take pride in creating an environment that is warm, nurturing and supportive to the therapist's needs so that they can serve others from a place where their own cup is full. We aim to create an environment and structure that allows for Respect, Support, Flexibility and Freedom to bring their clinical gifts to their work. All the administrative work/ support is provided so that Clinicians can focus on clinical work instead of paperwork.

The freedom to choose your own hours and your own caseload aims to tailor to the needs of the therapist.

We are inviting Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC, Licensed Psychologist) to join a well established Private Practice Group in Northeast Connecticut. Must be licensed to independently practice in Connecticut.

Private Practice allows for the freedom and joy of bringing your clinical skills to your work on your own terms. You work for yourself under your own license and you get to work with clients that are motivated for change and genuinely engage in therapy. The option to work with clients over long term allows for deeper healing and growth for the client and deeper satisfaction for the therapist. For me, after years of being in an agency job, private practice helped me reconnect with my inspiration of why i had become a therapist in the first place. Inlight Professional Counseling Services, LLC wishes to provide a warm, respectful and nurturing space for therapists to bring their gifts into their work, and connect with other like minded colleagues to get support. Over the past 12 years Inlight has gained a lot of respect and positive feedback from the community because of the excellent quality to care our clinicians are able to provide.

All the administrative support that a therapist needs to run a private practice is provided. Getting credentialed with insurance, Marketing to keep the phone ringing, Billing, Accounting, Office maintenance and more are provided. Therapist can feel free to focus on working with clients while the admin work support is provided by Inlight staff.

Make your own hours- Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings, Evenings. Flexible hours available. Make your own schedule. It can be full time or part time based on what suits your needs best.

Choose your own income! You can range from 12 sessions (min)/week to full time work depending on what your needs and desires are. Clinicians can make roughly $40K/year by working part time (14 sessions/week) or $70k/year by working 3 days a week(20 sessions/ week) or $100k/year 4 days a week (28 sessions/ week) depending on how many session a week they choose to do.
