Responsibilities and Duties:

• Layout, install, and service all residential electrical systems
• Provide excellent client service to residential customers
• Perform all work according to MA code
• Identify materials and quantities needed for jobs
• Evaluate job requirements and create work order pricing and descriptions
• Follow all the manufacturer's specifications for the installation of all equipment and fixtures
• Operate with the safety of the customer and fellow employees as a priority

Qualifications and Skills

Potential Team Member Criteria:

• Master Electrician License
• A current MA driver's license in good standing
• You demonstrate excellent quality and craftsmanship in your work
• The ability to lead and manage multiple projects
• The ability to lead, manage and train apprentices and journeymen electricians
• You are motivated to keep up-to-date on new technologies within the trade
• The ability to navigate tablet-based technology
• You enjoy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
