Job Summary:

Victor 12 is seeking Learning Management Systems Administrator to support our customer based in Orlando, Florida. The LMS Administrator (Adobe Captivate Prime) will support on-site training program infrastructure and program support at the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA’s) Training Management and Performance Improvement Division (TMPI) in Orlando, Florida. This is a high-profile position requiring maturity and experience dealing with customer managers and executives. This position is contingent upon contract award, virtual or telework is permitted.

Duties:

  • Report to the technical lead and perform LMS administrator functions daily.
  • Must learn all capabilities and function of the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS and be able to make use of these capabilities and functions to set up curriculums, facilitate reporting and publish courses.
  • Assist our customer’s implementation of the Adobe Captivate Prime Learning Management System (LMS) cloud-based platform.
  • Evaluate current training curriculum as presently deployed via other LMS and make recommendations on how to implement course structures within Adobe Prime to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate current and future plans and make recommendations for the use of all features and reporting capabilities of Adobe Captivate Prime LMS in meeting customer training objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administrator functions as directed by the technical lead for the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS
  • .Continually assess, analyze, and solve Adobe Captivate Prime LMS capabilities versus stated or implied customer requirements
  • Collaborate with external contractors for the development and deployment of training materials and courses designed for delivery on the customer’s LMS
  • Interface with external vendors supporting the customer’s training solutions and infrastructure
  • Communicate with training personnel in other customer business lines for the deployment of training using the customer’s LMS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A 100% commitment to customer service and a customer first attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3 years of experience or Associate's degree in related field and 5 years related experience
  • - Hands on "Corporate" Learning Management System experience (ie. PRIME or Cornerstone-on-demand etc), preferably in a medium- to large-sized business
  • An intimate knowledge of establishing career progression technical training curriculum that requires tests and level 1 and 2 evaluation surveys
  • Adobe Captivate Prime LMS experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish standards and work products based on expected outcomes
  • Ability to resolve or manage conflicting requirements from multiple customer and employer stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of English grammar and usage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently
  • Ability to work during core business hours between in a professional environment while working from home
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
