Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Collect gather, and send out final reports
- Confirm patient appointments
- Schedule Follow up appointments
- Collecting and uploading patient intake forms
- Communicating with 3rd party labs to keep patient data and results updated
Qualifications:
- Education: Preferably a BA Degree or at least a high school graduate
- Knowledge: Prior practice management system experience or at least one year of previous patient registration or a related role
- Comunication skills: Communicate with patients both on one-on-one basis and over the phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
