Mental Health Therapist | $2,000 Sign on Bonus Job at Sandstone Care
Position: Young Adult Dual Diagnosis IOP Therapist
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday | Some Evenings Required / No Weekends
In This Position You Will...
- Hold a small case load of clients, providing weekly individual, group, and family sessions
- Support Clinical Assessments of clients admitting into programming
- Create robust and client-centered treatment and aftercare plans
- Hold a high standard for timely and accurate clinical documentation (ample time provided)
Compensation: $57,500-68,000 Annual Salary + $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Training & Experience:
- Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required
- LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, MFTC, LMFT
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Strong Documentation Skills
