Our Account Coordinators at US Ecology provide support to our National Account Specialists, retail customers, and internal customers. You can expect to prepare purchase orders, submit billing, and create service routes in support of our retail customers.

Day in the Life

Prepare purchase orders and work orders for intercompany and customer requested supplies and services

Work closely with National Account Specialists to respond to and service retail customers

Research and solve concerns and questions for retail technician and customer calls

Assist other departments and divisions with customer needs

Use internal software to build service routes for retail technicians

Utilize MS Excel to update supply logs, enter service dates into customer schedules, assemble routing for weekly retail services, and any other assigned tasks such as assisting National Account Specialists with customer reporting

Participate in on-call support for customers and USE technicians

Review and submit billing in support of retail customers

Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need to apply

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong computer, MS Excel, and phone skills required

Previous customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of waste industry preferred
