We are in need of an Office Assistant for a 213-unit AOUO in Kailua. Office Assistant will be responsible for processing accounts payable/receivables, upkeep of Resident information, interphone system, association website, FOB entry keys and camera system feeds. Will need to provide notices for vendor events, holidays, move-ins/outs. Other duties include, generating quarterly newsletters, maintaining the association calendar, and assisting the Site Manager with other duties as requested. Must be efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and be well organized. The Office Assistant will answer to the Site Manager and Property Manager. This job offer is full time, $20.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. Benefits include 11 paid holidays, medical and dental insurance.
