Kaye Personnel is looking for an Order Manager Specialist for a company located in Swedesboro, NJ.

Shift: 1st 8am-5pm Monday- Friday

Pay: $23.50

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input retail customer orders into AFS ensuring 100% accuracy of products, quantity, pricing, delivery location, delivery date and customer P.O. on every order
• Learn and become proficient with AFS & WMS
• Update and revise orders as needed per customer request or container availability
• Forward order, order needs & all revisions to appropriate warehouse
• Work closely with transportation department to ensure their awareness of delivery needs and delivery date changes
• Assist with creating SHR’s for all orders being processed
• Communicate any packaging concerns, shortages, overages, QC issues to sales member
• Work closely with Customer Service group to assist with order fulfillment, troubleshooting, reallocations, etc.
• Forward final orders once shipped along with all back up PO documentation to billing department everyday
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, within scope and abilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and write in English
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Experience with documenting editing
• Excels as a team player
• Ability to respond to a large influx of emails daily
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Understand and abide by all safety regulations as well as policies and procedure
