Research current integration processes to Legacy Billing System with Policy Administration Systems, Accounting and Account Management Systems. Guidewire Claim Center (Configuration): Gather and document current and future business requirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders. Research and document current and future screen design and business logic in Legacy Claim System. Assist in Development Lifecycle (Agile) for both Billing Center (Integration) and Claim Center (Configuration) by assisting in the approval of requirement documents, development of test case scenarios, and coordination with internal business partners and IT.
