Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with other therapeutic disciplines for the health and wellness of client served
• Oversight of the client and employee health and wellness initiatives, which includes
• Collaboration with the organization's full-time nurse
• Implementation of medical safety plans for clients
• Training of line staff on medical safety plans for clients
• Communication with parents and other relevant stakeholders
• Providing other topical trainings, as needed
• Onsite administration of client medication
• Oversight of organizational COVID-19 response
• Conduct internal CPR classes
• Other administrative and operational tasks as needed

Other necessary skills and attributes include:

• RN and APN (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and comfortable answering both patient and insurance company questions
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
