Position Summary

Provides support and supervision to adults living in a residential setting, including medication management, meal planning, and crisis management and basic maintenance, such as shoveling snow. Conduct scheduled rounds and addresses concerns as they arise. Provide crisis intervention resulting in a positive outcome. Ability to engage a group of residents and build a supportive relationship with them.

Education requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree (or minimum of active/current junior standing) in any of the following: Child & Family Studies, Community Mental Health, Counseling, Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Recreation Therapy, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Sociology, or Speech and Hearing -OR-

• A Bachelor's level education or higher in any field, PLUS (2) year's of paid experience in Health & Human Services -OR-
• A Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) -OR-
• An Associate's degree in Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counseling or Human Services, PLUS (1) year of paid experience in Health & Human Services -OR-
• A high school degree and (3) year's of paid experience in Health & Human Services

Must be fully vaccinated, possess a valid driver's license, and pass all required background checks, including drug screen.

Schedule

• 3 days a week
• 1 Overnight shift (12a-8a)
• 2 evening shifts (3p-8p : Tuesday and Thursday)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.50 - $21.25 per hour
