The Office of the Provost is seeking a temporary Performance/Business Analyst to assist with:
- investigating industry standards in using performance measures (capture/report on peer metrics/measures)
- working with colleges to develop a concise set of college-centric metrics that promote transparency and convey what they are managing towards.
- translating data into information to understand and demonstrate how colleges are moving towards their goals, thereby moving the university towards its missions and future gains.
Additional Details:
- This position is a 50% role, starting in March 2023
- Pay will be commensurate with experience.
- A criminal background check may be required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and background with data-analytics.
- Ability to work/make decisions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with higher education systems, policies and procedures
