Conestoga Eye, a boutique private Ophthalmology office in Lancaster, PA seeks a Physician Assistant to support their expanding Oculoplastic practice. This is a unique and interesting opportunity to join an established and growing practice. Conestoga Eye will provide on the job training for candidates.

We offer  Full-time employment in a physician-owned practice  5 day/week work week; clinic patient hours of 9-5  Autonomy in practicing once trained, with full physician and administrative collaboration and support  Focus on oculoplastic patients, with emphasis on screening for eyelid pathology, cosmetic treatments  Ability to assist in oculoplastic surgery  A collaborative and passionate workplace with an unparalleled team of professionals  Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package We seek  Individual who understands, supports, and engages in the mission and vision of Conestoga Eye  Excellent surgical skills and ability to assist in surgery, pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow up; excellent suturing skills  Able to work collaboratively with team  Strong ability to communicate with patients and staff  Strong history of chart documentation; clear understanding of documentation requirements; and enthusiastic support of EMR  Active PA license  Active Board Licensure  PA with dermatology experience preferred, but will train those with different experience  PA with 1+ years working in a medical clinic preferred About Conestoga Eye & Central PA Conestoga Eye is based in Lancaster, PA, but has Satellite locations in Metropolitan Harrisburg and Carlisle. Conestoga Eye has 2 Ophthalmologists and 3 Optometrists. We specialize in adult and pediatric oculoplastics as well as pediatric ophthalmology. We are growing at a rapid pace due to our unique approach to patient care. The practice is the go-to practice in the South Central, PA region for oculoplastics and pediatric ophthalmology. Our referral base is vast, and the practice has an excellent reputation among patients and referring doctors.
