Luck Stone, Fairfield, SC plant is currently seeking an experienced Pit Loader Operator who will, under close supervision, perform a variety of tasks involved with the extraction, crushing, conveying, inventory and service of aggregate stone products, facilities and associated machinery while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Individual will have previous experience safely operating heavy equipment - one or more of the following: excavator, yard loader, haul truck, in a quarry or other large construction site.

Duties include:

• Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle
• Identifying and reporting rode, high wall, and equipment issues
• Operating heavy equipment utilizing proper loading and/or dumping techniques
• Willingness to assist with general plant maintenance/project activities when needed: change screens, change crusher liners, drive water truck when needed.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as directed.

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, flexible and has previously worked in a team environment. Mining experience a plus. Day shift.
