Lake Regional Health System is looking for a dedicated, professional Procurement Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain department. Overview:

• Functions as the operational leader and one of the key change agents for the supply chain.
• Management and oversight of contracting, procedural area supply chain, and procure-to-pay operations.
• The manager must be strong in critical thinking, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and be effective at constructive execution.
• Proactively seeks out, evaluates, analyzes, and optimizes supply availability through contracting substitution, and portfolio management for all supported departments.
• Diligently aware of market changes as they impact inventory/shortages/product risk related to inventory stocked and supported within LRHS
• Leverages information and data to optimize contracting, capital planning/execution, and the procurement of products in support of the Health Systems' needs
• Provides swift and appropriate feedback to needs and inquiries that arise from management, staff, and fellow team members.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills as well as be able to communicate directly with all levels of management and leadership
• Assists Director and Senior Leadership with strategy and vision development and execution.
• Assists with department budgets, preparation, and monitoring.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary and department teams.
• Assists with complaint resolutions and maintains a professional attitude and behavior.

Experience:

• Education High school or equivalent (GED)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Preferred Certification/Licensure Required for Job
• Technical Experience: Over 5 years
• Computer Tech savvy
