We have immediate opening(s) within our Labor Pool, Operators, in both our Paper and Pulp Operations.
Our Labor Pool, Operators provide coverage for training, vacations and perform other duties throughout the Mill.
What you need to be successful:
A can-do attitude
Ability to work rotating shifts, yes, including Nights and Weekends.
A desire to grow your skill set
HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
If you have these experiences, they’ll come in handy:
Previous industrial or manufacturing
Heavy equipment operations
Previous Lab experience

Work Environment:
Yep, it is going to be fast-paced, dusty, and loud. You’ll need the ability to work in a physically demanding job, including lifting, climbing stairs, and standing for long durations. You will need a keen eye for Safety too, as your safety is our Number One Priority. Our Work Culture is based on Integrity, Respect, Accountability and Excellence.
***Must be able to work 12hr rotating shifts***
***Mill Tour and Interview will be on May 31, must be available for this***
Our screening process includes a Skills Assessment test and Interviews. Both are held on the same day. Testing to offer is less than 36 hours. Some roles do require you to be clean-shaven.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.50 per hour
